Employment Opportunities

Player Development Instructors (PDI’s) are actively involved with NRBA students on a daily basis motivating, challenging and instructing them in an effort to help them reach their full potential. PDI’s must not only be able to provide developmentally appropriate skill/fundamental training for all age levels and abilities, but also be able to help players grow in character, in the mental side of the game and in their spiritual development. PDI’S are required to 1) support the NRBA mission, 2) learn and teach all NRBA philosophies with passion, 3) prepare, execute, and document daily lesson plans​ specifically tailored for individual student needs and 4) effectively disciple students and provide spiritual guidance through sharing God’s Word.
