This is the introduction course to the Explode Strength Training Program. It is designed to further enhance the building of a young player’s fundamental foundation. Each student will be taught how the body functions and how to age appropriately improve athleticism. Lessons are structured to insure a safe training environment and will incorporate flexibility and mobility exercises, as well as, proper stretching, footwork, cutting, and landing techniques. VertiMax and agility exercises will be included in this training program to increase the student’s vertical leap, speed, and strength. Junior Explode is offered year round in one hour segments to all students 5th to 7th grade. Private Lesson rates apply.
