Utilizing the VertiMax system, this program will focus on mobility/flexibility, multi-directional speed and quickness drills, as well as, injury prevention/recovery exercises. All the movements and drills are basketball specific and are designed to enhance your vertical jump and explosiveness. If you are ready to set yourself apart on the court by increasing your athleticism, this program is perfect for you! Sessions are one hour in length and are offered each Saturday from August-May (some Saturday exceptions apply) for students 8th grade and above. There are only 8 slots available per session.
